We introduce you to some of the latest additions to the Hectre work family.
Ariel Burgos – iOS Developer at Hectre
Brimming with passion for system improvement, Ariel is heavily involved with iOS feature development at Hectre and is relentless when it comes to app health, hunting down and eliminating any disruptive bugs. Ariel’s commitment to providing an excellent user experience is top of mind and he continues to be a huge help with onboarding customers and developing our user interface.
Hailing from Argentina, the Hectre team love Ariel’s cheeky sense of humor, his cool South American style and are salivating as we wait for the batch of empanadas we keep asking him to make for us!
Kyu (Q) Nguyen – Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer at Hectre
Continuing Hectre’s investment in R&D, Kyu has been brought on to provide further resource for new developments with Hectre’s fruit sizing tool, Spectre.
Covid-19 border restrictions meant Kyu got stuck in his home country of Vietnam, so we currently refer to him as Hectre’s in country Vietnam rep and the Hectre team are having lots of zoom fun with Kyu as we progress projects. Already Kyu has made critical contributions to Hectre’s top down automatic bin top scanning for trucks project as we create new options for Spectre use in response to industry requests.
Kylie Hall – Storyteller at Hectre
Connecting with audiences and sharing the stories of Hectre, our customers and industry, are the current focuses for Kylie. With an extensive background in marketing, sales and journalism, we’re loving how Kylie turns her hand to everything we fire her way!
Born and raised in beautiful New Zealand, Kylie is a Kiwi girl who loves a “tiki-tour” (Kiwi for road trip) and setting herself crazy challenges (half marathon in Antarctica anyone?). An enthusiastic traveler, this Mom of two is keen to learn more about the global hort industry, so listen for a knock on your door!
Hieu Luu – Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer at Hectre
Adding even more strength to Hectre’s highly regarded R&D team, Hieu works on the back end and is a central figure in the ongoing development of Spectre, Hectre’s fruit sizing tool.
Joining the Hectre team following a long stint in Singapore, Hieu’s passion for technical development and strong analytical and problem solving skills are a fantastic fit as Hectre scales up and sets out to empower more growers around the globe.
